Greetings from President

In 1946, the timber industry company “Takayama Mokuzai Kogyosho” was founded by Akio Kurokawa to undertake the study of cotton swab production. In 1965, the company became HEIWA EIZAI CO.,LTD. (the current HEIWA MEDIC CO.,LTD.) and started to manufacture the first cotton swab made in Japan in this historical city, Hida Takayama. Since then, over 50 years have passed with a lot of support from many people.

While admiring snow crowning a top of the Northern Alps, we have continuously given our full attention to our products sincerely dedicated to our corporate identity, “Give Shape to Gentleness”.
In 2001, Nihon Chugoku Onkyu CO.,LTD. became a subsidiary of Heiwa Medic CO.,LTD. to start to handle controlled medical devices. In 2006, acquired authorization of manufacturing pharmaceutical products or manufacturing and distributing pharmaceutical products, and officially entered the pharmaceutical businesses. We also founded our 2nd base in Shanghai, China in 2001 as well as 3rd base in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2007 to establish our basis as a global corporation.
We have been valiantly challenging various areas and consistently expanded our business, from hygiene products that is a start of our business, to medical devices and products both nationally and internationally.
